We have all seen the standard plasma lamps. They are all well and good, but they take up a fair amount of space and a power plug. While I am not sure that light sockets are in less demand, I imagine a chandelier or lamp with a few Plasma Light Bulbs could be fairly entertaining. Unfortunately, few details are available about this bulb such as its size or how much power it draws making it difficult to plan such a project. The Plasma Light Bulb is temporarily out of stock at Edmund Scientifics linked below regularly priced at $10, but you can get the similar (if not identical) from Spencer’s Online on sale for $10. |
