It never fails. Once the temperature drops below roughly 50 degrees, my truck starts attacking me. Should I dare touch unclothed skin to the body of the truck, I am in for quite a shocking experience. As there are many other “victims” of static electricity out there, numerous solutions have been introduced. Pictured and linked below is the Antistatic KeyChain from appropriately named StopZap that has a light bulb that lights up when it receives the static charge and the object is clear to touch. Brando’s car section has a variety of key chains that serve the same purpose including one that features Hello Kitty that sells for $14 and doesn’t even include an all clear light. |
