Produced by Propaganda in Thailand and winner of the Chicago Athenaeum 2006 Good Design award are the spoon chopsticks curiously titled Frog Get Mee. I don’t particularly understand why one would want to combine a spoon with chopsticks. As I understand customs, most liquids served in a bowl are typically consumed by drinking directly from the bowl. While I admit eating fried rice is difficult with just chopsticks, that spoon doesn’t look that much easier. I guess the concept is less confusing then the name of the product itself for which I could find no explanation. Frog Get Mee is currently out of stock at Shopmodi.com but was priced at $8. |
