Glassware Trifecta
![]() |
First we have Simpsons Glassware (Uber-Review Referer) with everything from shot glasses to pitchers with prices ranging from $15 to $30. The glassware naturally features various Simpsons characters with some select quotes on some of the glasses. Next up is a set of four Vintage Tumblers (OhGizmo! Referer) which sell for $22 and aspire to make it appear that you are drinking from a vintage goblet rather then a boring 6″ tall tumbler. Last up, pictured and linked below are the 3D representations of Klein bottles which range in price from $32 for the baby size all the way up to $18k for the GIANT size. The What is a Klein Bottle page describes in great detail exactly what a Klein bottle is, but in a nutshell it is the result of sewing two Möbius strips together forming a bottle that is boundary-free. There are also some scary math equations that make me happy that I am long done with upper level mathematical study. Still the resulting glass structures are very cool. |

Ooooo! I wants me a Klein bottle!

Strangely, so do I and I do not really understand why nor what I would do with it once I got it.

Me too! I really like the one on the left. Who says you have to do anything with it. They just look cool. They go right along with the mobius strip scarves - those are cool too. Not as cool, but fun just the same.

Yeah, the one on the left has that classic klein bottle shape.
