I have never been proficient at boiling eggs not that I try all the often. Perhaps I would with the Egg-Per’fect Color Changing Egg Timer from Burton Plastics. This timer has a heat sensor in its sensor and detects when the center has been heated enough for various levels of yolk hardness.
