Forbidden LEGO

Filed under: Links — roclar @ 6:00 pm
Forbidden LEGO Forbidden LEGO was written by Ulrik Pilegaard and Mike Dooley who worked on designing advanced Lego sets such as the Mindstorms. The book contains five projects in great detail over the course of 180 pages. The projects require some non-Lego parts as well as some Lego block modification. Pictured to the left is the final result of project number 2 entitled Candy Coated Catapult. The Evil Mad Scientist Review has a link to a video of the device in action. Forbidden LEGO is available in its original paperback form from Amazon for $16. In other Lego news, check out this Lego dragon that was recently completed at Legoland Windsor that is comprised of almost 1 million blocks, is 30ft-long, and weighs 2.7-tons. (Fark Referer)
