The only quibble is calling the time settings weak, normal, and strong. You determine the strength of the tea by how much tea you use, not the length of brewing time. You choose brewing time by how you like your balances of flavor and bitterness. Yeah, that's pretty minor. I don’t see any obvious flaws with the product.
