Golf in Space 35th Anniversary Edition

E21 Golf is sponsering a golf shot to be taken with one of their gold plated clubs by the ISS crew in late July. The shot which will be struck by cosmonaut Pavel Vinogradov to commemorate Alan Shepard’s swing on February 9, 1971 during the Apollo 14 mission. Unlike Sheppards attempt, they will be attempting to put the ball in orbit for 3 or 4 years for a drive of over 2 billion miles. |
