The Discovery Channel brings the Earth’s largest satellite inside your very own room with their aptly named Remote Control Moon In My Room. This 10″ x 10″ x 3″ sphere has a built-in light sensor to illuminate the moon when it goes dark and rotates through the twelve lunar phases. Included are wall mounts to all for three different hanging angles. This moon also features “detailed lunar moonscape.” The device itself is powered by four AA batteries and the remote requires two AAA batteris as well (not included).
